Gianni and Victoria Sivro moved to the Midwest and found themselves disappointed with the lack of authentic European cuisine restaurants in the area. With Victoria being such a great cook of Parisian style entrees and Gianni being known for his culinary skills in fine Italian dishes, the couple decided to create their own European-style cafe, Sivro Bistro.

At Sivro Bistro you will experience a combination of Itailian and French cuisine. For breakfast, we offer a wide assortment of pastries including Croissants Chocolat. Our cafe also includes coffee and tea selections to compliment our morning le petit dejeuner. During brunch, you can partake in our first and second course along with the side dish and coffee option. You can also indulge in our most popular entree the Italian Sandwich Pizza Casserole.

Like traditional meals in Italy, you can receive up to four or five courses when dining in the evening. We also love to provide our patrons with an amazing dessert such as our signature Creme Brulee.
